A Behavioral Health Ombuds is an advocate for clients of publicly funded mental health and substance use treatment services. Ombuds services are free, confidential, and can help you resolve complaints about your services. Ombuds are also available to help you connect to provider agencies in your area and answer questions about how the behavioral health system works in the state of Washington.
